World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft open beta started today. It started this afternoon actually. It was only this evening that I was able to register. Both the official World of Warcraft site, and Fileplanet's download page for it crashed. My roommate paid for a Fileplanet subscription so he could play over the weekend. It looks awesome. As you probably know from the thread two previous, I played the weekend preview of Guild Wars. I will be posting my thoughts on that shortly, and then after I have some experience with WoW I will compare and contrast.

It is done patching. I'm off.
